TurboTax is getting more and more complicated each year.  Some of the questions asked are completely ridiculous for someone that is not a tax expert.  Many of the questions are also repetitive.  Also, if I'm 55 years old and never been in the military, why in the world does TurboTax keep asking me military questions?!?!?! 

I asked for a review by one of your experts just before filing, but no one ever came into the chat.  TurboTax used to be a great product and easy to use, but it's probably our last year for using it and time to look at other products.
