How do I request a TurboTax purchase refund due to the 2020 Form 8615 Schedule D Worksheet error?

I cannot find anywhere on the Intuit TurboTax site where to request a purchase refund.

TurboTax Online is not refundable.

I was using the download version - I file multiple returns (my kids have unearned income and therefore have their own).  I received a letter from TurboTax that includes the statement my purchase price will be refunded as a result of this issue.  Has anyone else tried for the refund?
