If you received a K-1and the K-1 schedule contains errors, you should reach out to the issuer of the K-1 (the company reporting the K-1).
No, I'm generating the K1.... Turbo Tax Business was giving me the wrong answer. And I found the issue. Somehow (turbo tax code bug) a field to adjust the UBIA was filled in with the UBIA. Which doubled the UBIA reported.
This didn't occur with last years version of the software....
Please provide the type of entity (1065, 1120-S, etc.) and the form or forms where you see the UBIA calculation is doubling the actual amount.
I'm generating a 1065. The 199A act form has an UBIA adjustment field that was incorrectly filled in... It took me at least an hour searching through all of the forms to find the error.

If you don't recognize the adjustment entry made on the 199A Act Worksheet, you can delete the entry as long as the number is in a blue font in a yellow box. Numbers in black on white are linked to other forms and changing them will invalidate the return for e-filing (this is an IRS constraint).
Note that if you right-click on a box or value on any form, you can choose "Data Source" to see where the number originated or "About" to learn how the value was calculated. Manual entries will not have a Data Source link.
It was easy to fix once I FOUND it.... This was caused by a code bug, and I had to search every form to find the problem....
