Title. As far as I can tell, TurboTax assumes that I either in-part or in-whole own the rental property, but in this case I am renting the property and further renting out some of the rooms within it.

What type of building is this?
Is this a commercial building in which your business is located or a home in which you are living?
It's a home.
Are you merely renting out bedrooms to family and friends (as in a cost-sharing arrangement)?
If this is cost-sharing arrangement, you do not have to report the income.
I'm renting out on Airbnb, it's not cost sharing.
Then you can simply follow the Interview in the Rental Properties and Royalties section of the program.

Note that if you are essentially running something on the order of a bed & breakfast, you would report the income (and expenses) on Schedule C.
I don't see that -- I'm using the online version, would that be different? When I search for 'Rental Properties and Royalties' in the help center, nothing obvious like that shows up.
Also, not sure if there's a difference, but I don't live at this property (as in it's not my residential address).
Thank you for your respones.
The screenshot is from the Rentals section of the program in the Property Profile subsection (the desktop version).
It appears as if you are running this property on the order of a hotel, anyway, so this would be reported on Schedule C as a business.
So this isn't doable on the online version then?
No matter what options I pick, I always get to this when I try adding the rental income:
What percentage of Airbnb did you own in 2022?
and putting '0' is _not_ accepted (red text and can't proceed).
You will probably need to port to a desktop version.
