You'll report all of your business income and expenses on SCH C as a part of your personal tax return. A 1099-MISC is not required. When self-employed, (and you are as far as the IRS is concerned) you are expected to keep your own records, and use those to file your tax return.
Under the Business tab elect to start/update Business Income & Expenses (SCH C) and when it asks if you have any business income reported to you on a 1099-MISC, select NO and press on.
