How do I report income listed on a 1099 paid to my EIN instead of my SS number?

When you enter your business information (which comes after inputting your 1099s), you will be able to enter your EIN for the business.

Please enter the 1099 issued to your EIN just as you would the ones issued to your social security number.

Note:  This information assumes that the EIN is for a sole proprietorship/schedule C that you are filing on your individual taxes.
