       It's not very intuitive.  State estimated taxes are entered on the Federal side of the program in the same interview as Federal estimated taxes, but a different subtopic there.  Here's the navigation:

• Federal tab (Personal tab in Home and Business)
• Subtab Deductions & Credits
• Scroll down to topic Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
• Choose subtopic Estimated Tax Payments
• For the type of payments choose  "State estimated tax payments for 2025" and click START or REVISIT.
