How do I reopen my unfiled 2018 return to check on a reduced estimated tax penalty?

If you have not filed, you should be able to sign in and go right to your return. You would find this here:

• Federal
• Other Tax Situations
• Additional Tax Payments
• Underpayment Penalties...update

Or you could view your tax form.....left side of screen...Tax Tools....Tools...Review Tax Summary...Preview my 1040...it is on line 23 of the 1040.
