Underneath your question it is indicating that you are using "Live Full Service Premier."    If you are using the Live Full Service product, I don't believe you can cancel that on your own in the same way that one can cancel regular Live TurboTax (without Full Service.)   With the "Full Service" component a dedicated tax expert is preparing your return for you, so it becomes more complicated to cancel.   So you'll likely need TurboTax Support to do that for you.  If so, here's how to phone TurboTax Support:
