How do I remove Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C? It's showing up, it should be on my return. I see an Edit/Add option, but no Delete option.

I assume that you are referring to IRS form 1099-C cancellation of debt that appears on Schedule 1 Additional Income and Adjustments to Income line 8c.

Re-enter the software.  At the screen Enter some info from your 1099-C and remove the dollar amount in Box 2 Canceled debt amount.  Click Continue.

Down the left side of the screen, select Tax Tools, then Tools, then Delete a form.

At the screen Review Form List, delete Form 1099-C and Canceled Debt Summary.

Review then view Schedule 1 under Tax Tools and Print Center to verify the deletion.

I'm having the same issue too.  I followed the expert advice but the 1099-C re-appears. There is no way to remote 1099-C.

This is a software error if someone can not delete information.
Any advice?
Thank you.

Have you tried entering "1" in the answer box and continuing the interview? If you enter a dummy 1099-C, you may then be able to delete it as JamesG1 described previously. Note there are three forms related to canceled debt. Be sure you delete all of them.
