How do I reinstall Turbotax with more than one state without being double-charged for the second state?

You should be able to reinstall the program (update it) then  start a fake return so you can download both state programs.  But you may also need to get the download from your account ...    

You must use the exact same User ID you used to purchase the software when signing onto your download account here - https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/account/secure/login.jsp?pagecontext=download

If that link does not show your purchase for download then use this TurboTax website - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/app/downloads/

Unfortunately, I see the 2017 second state download in my Downloads list but not 2018 even though I payed for second state both years.
