Your tax program might be already updated. The IRS and states have not finalized all their forms and that is why you may be getting "Do Not File" on your forms. See When will my forms be ready?

If your using TurboTax Online, TurboTax automatically updates the program.

To manually update the TurboTax CD\Download program, see  How do I update my TurboTax CD/Download software program?

I am using TT online, but every time I click the download/print button, the same watermark is on pages. I did receive an email that stated the forms were fixed, but the PDF is the same.

Did you e-file you return?

Sometimes you will see Do not file because the form isn't ready, other times, it because it is not part of return that is sent to the IRS.

If you have completed your return, you can try printing through the Print Center:

  1. Log into the account where you filed the return.
  2. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents and click Show
  3. Select Add a State to get back in return.
  4. In the left hand-menu, select Tax Tools.
  5. Select Print Center.
  6. Then choose Print, save or preview this year’s return.
  7. Select View or print forms, then go ahead and print.

That should remove any watermarks from your tax forms.
