How do I record health care premiums paid with after tax income?

I am retired and receive pension income from my employer and social security.  The 1099-R forms from each of these show equal values for Gross distribution and Taxable amount - no nontaxable income.  How do I enter this in Turbo Tax?

Are any Medicare premiums listed on the SSA-1099?

Yes.  Medicare form SSA - 1099 lists an amount for Medicare Part B premiums deducted from your benefits.
