How do I print out just state return? It says printed although I never printed it. I need to print it to mail it in

You should download the pdf file for the whole federal and state returns and all worksheets for your records and backup.  Then you can print just the pages you need to mail.  Also save the .tax2021 file for backup and if you ever need to amend in the future.
