How do I print 2017 estimated tax vouchers for Minnesota

I have already filed my 2016 taxes, can't open the returns.

If you have already filed your return, you may need to reopen your return first.

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account
Select My TurboTax, View My Tax Timeline
In the Some things you can do section, click 'Add a State' (you aren't really adding a state this is just a way to reopen your return)

Then select the State Taxes tab to navigate to the MN estimated tax section. The estimated tax interview questions will be near the end of your your state tax program (after deductions and credits, see example).
