Just start a new tax return normally. When you are entering your daughter's personal information, you will come to a screen that asks "Do Any of These Apply?" One of the choices is "Passed away before filing this return." Check that box and it will ask you to enter the date she passed away. Then continue preparing the return normally. TurboTax will make the appropriate notation on the return.
If you are using TurboTax Online, you have to use a different user ID for your daughter. You cannot use the same user ID that you use for your own tax return. If your daughter used TurboTax Online in previous years, and you know her user ID and password, you can use that. Otherwise, create a new account for her final return.
