How do I prepare a friend's tax return using my own turbotax account?

I tried to set up an account in her name, using my ID information and Turbotax would not allow it.  I do not want her to get any questions.  She will be too confused. This has got to be more simple than this.  Last year I used Taxact and could do more than one person on my account!

Make sure to completely log out of your account and clear your cache and history.

Online is only good for 1 return.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288574
