How do I move to last step after specifying how I want my refunds sent? It just keeps bringing me back to the same page saying I still need to do part.

I selected Refund Advance, verified my Credit Karma account, then selected same account for state and city. Then brings back to page stating two more steps left and the first one is to select how I want to receive refunds and the last is to sign and file. But I've already selected how I want the refunds sent to me. I keep going in circles.

Try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies and then try again. If this doesn't resolve this experience, please reply to this thread for further assistance.

Hey, I've been having the exact same issue. I reached out to support and they told me Credit Karma's Refund Advance page is down and to try again later. However then I spoke to another "tax expert" who had no idea what I was talking about and said if it isn't fixed by tomorrow to call them back, they're going to view my screen to watch what it does. I can update you with what they say tomorrow. I've tried everything even using other devices to file and I can't, has been this way for over 24 hours now.

Hey I am still having the same issue. Would you mind sharing with me any info you have? I spoke with 2 agents and a supervisor today. The first agent told me I would be better off to file somewhere else that it cannot be fixed after screen sharing and seeing the issue. The second agent spent 3 hours troubleshooting alongside a supervisor. The supervisor even controlled my computer and couldn't fix it. They updated my address in Credit Karma as it was wrong, and changed my middle name to just the initial to match TurboTax. They said it should be resolved in 24 hours after making the update that the system has to process the changes. I contacted Credit Karma and they said all my information is correct on their systems. I was told to call TurboTax tomorrow if I can't file still (I just tried and I'm still in the loop) and that they will likely begin an investigation.
