How do I log out of this Support Forum account?

I have to login to the support forum to ask questions.  How/where do I log out?

Click on the Blue Circle with a letter inside located in the upper right of the screen.  Click on Sign out

I saw the Blue Circle at one point.  Now I don't see it any more.  And I can't log out.

If fact, I was away from my PC for a few hours; and when I come back, I thought I would be timed out and have to log in again.  But I wasn't timed out.  Does this web site time out INACTIVE users?  If yes, when?

PS.  If I refresh the screen, I see something flashing under "Sign In", but can't really see what it is.

Also, as I am typing now, I see on the upper right corner "Sign in to TurboTax"  and under it , "Sign In" with a lock.  Since I am posting questions/replies, it would mean I am already signed in.  So why am I still seeing these Sign In buttons -- and NO Blue Circle to log out?

Sometimes the blue circle disappears, especially if you visit some other TurboTax site like your Intuit Account.  It's just one of those quirky things.    If it's gone, and you can't get to the  "Sign Out" link, just close your browser.

ADDENDUM

Oh, just thought of this.  If the "3 heads" icon in the upper right corner is still visible, that is another way to sign out.  When you click on the 3 heads, in a dropdown menu there is also a "Sign out" option.    But sometimes the heads icon also disappears when the blue circle disappears.
