How do I locate different tax payer under same turbo tax account? I did someone else's taxes for them last year. the software is pulling their info, not my own.

Sorry, Online is only good for 1 return per account so if you did another return in the same account it overwrote the first one and it is gone.

Or did you use the Desktop CD/Download program?

Yes , I used the CD online download that you can use to do up to 5 returns. I know there is a way to get out of 1 return and access a different one without having to sign into another account. Just can’t figure it out. Customer svc was too busy tonight to wait on phone. Thanks for your input.

That doesn't quite make sense.  Go up to File-New or File-Open.  You don't go online at all or log into the Desktop program.  So you may have gotten into the Online web version by accident.  Did you get the program downloaded and installed ok?  Windows or Mac?

If you are filing using the TurboTax online and filed their tax return after yours, then it will erase the original return and replace it with the last return entered. 

The original return is gone, and unable to be retrieved.
