completed both state and federal and I downloaded both to my pc, and it says both are ready to mail, but I thought I had sent both on the 23rd of March. Please help.

Follow these steps to send your state and Federal tax returns by mail.
If you just need the mailing address: See the filing instructions document that prints out with the paper copy of your return. You'll see the address in those instructions. For your Federal return, you can also look it up at this IRS website.
I thought I sent them e file, but I didn't receive a confirmation like I did last year. I did download my taxes to my pc, but where you say go to the File section, I'm unable to do so. When I sign in and go to my taxes, it says that they are printed and ready to mail. but am unable to find where it says to send e-file. Any help is needed.
If you haven't mailed in your taxes yet, you can simply go back in and change to e-file. When the print and mail option is selected, the program thinks you have filed, so to get around this and get back in to make changes, please see the instructions below:
