How do I know if I payed any of my 2022 estimated state taxes in 2023/where do I find this information?

The way that you would know that you actually paid estimated tax would be by looking at your own bank or credit card records.  TurboTax never knows if you paid your tax.

You look for payments to the IRS, the U.S. Treasury or payments to the state.    

Another thing you can do for federal --- check your online account with the IRS.
