Presumably it has your 16-character license code.

Follow the steps in the FAQ below.   When you go to that download page, you will see images of various TurboTax products.   It is NOT asking you to buy one.   You just have to select one so that it knows what download file to offer you.   Then it will ask if you need the Windows or Mac version.

NOTE:  Since you bought the combo version, be sure you select the correct Deluxe image there--the one with both Federal and State.
