How do I input 2023 tax refunds applied to 2024 estimated taxes for both the Federal and the State returns? I did not use Turbo Tax in 2023.

I can find where to enter my quarterly estimated tax payments. There's also a spot for additional payments but it says not to show the use of a 2023 refund there.

In your Federal return, go to the Deductions and Credits > Estimates and Other Taxes Paid > Other Income Taxes section and click Start or Update. 

Then, scroll to 2023 Refund Applied to 2024 and there is a section for both Federal and state refunds applied to 2024 taxes.
