How do I include a K-1 form for dividends and/or interest from an estate?

Yes, to enter a Schedule K-1 in TurboTax Online you have to upgrade to Premium. You cannot enter a K-1 in Deluxe Online. As an alternative you could use any edition of the desktop TurboTax software.
