How do I import what I've already done from Deluxe to Business?

Tax data from the personal editions of TurboTax, such as the Deluxe edition, cannot be transferred to the Business Edition.  Nor can tax data from the Business Edition be transferred to the personal editions of TurboTax.  The Business Edition does not support personal tax returns, Form 1040.
