How do I import my W-2 that my company sent but it’s not letting me import it I’ve been trying for two days and I can’t get it to happen

It keeps telling me to go to the jump to length whatever put my employee ID number, and yada yada yada and ain’t working

Do you have a copy of the W-2 in front of you?   Instead of fighting the technology, key it in by hand.  It will take about two minutes.

Do you have access to the 2023 W-2 provided to you by your employer?

You must have the W-2 available to enter the Employer EIN, the gross income amount in box 1 and the Control number in box d to import the W-2.
