According to their website www.stifel.com, if you're importing form 1099-B, those forms won't be ready until February 15th, 2019.
Per www.stifel.com: The IRS has extended the due date for brokerage firms who issue their 1099s on a consolidated basis from January 31 to February 15 (i.e., the 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-OID, 1099-MISC, 1099-B, 1099-C, and 1099-CAP are all in one consolidated statement to the client).
