How do i import all my 2022 Tax Return information into 2023 TurboTax?

It is called "transferring" 2022 in to 2023.

You don’t import it.  You Transfer 2022 before you start 2023.  If you are using the Online version it should automatically transfer if you log into the same account.  If you already started 2023 you will have to clear it and start over.
