How do I handle filling for two totally separate and different jobs. Both PT . One is A W-2 type and the other was a 1099 Totaling combined at $5,988

Both would go on the one individual return. You can use TurboTax Deluxe online if you don't have any expenses to deduct for the 1099 income.  Otherwise, you'd need TurboTax Self-Employed.

If you wish to purchase a CD/Download Product, any version can handle your situation, but Home & Business gives you more detailed assistance. 

The 1099-MISC will be subject to Self-Employment Tax as well as income tax. TurboTax will compute that for you.
