How do I go to where I can file my 1099 taxes after filing my W2.

ALL of your income must go on the SAME tax return.  You do not file W-2's on a separate return from your 1099's.  It all goes on the same Form 1040.

If you qualify to use Free File you can enter self-employment income along with your W-2 income.  If you made too much you need to use either online Self-Employed or one of the desktop versions that can prepare a schedule C for the self-employment income.
