How do I go back when there is no back arrow?

Can I go back and delete a downloaded 1099 div to enter it manually?

Yes, you can delete a 1099-DIV

You can [Edit] or add the 1099- DIV / INT by following these steps.

Under Federal

Select Wages & Income
Scroll to Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-K, Crypto)
Click Add/Edit
You will see previously entered 1099s
If you already have it posted
1. Select the 1099-DIV you wish to edit
2. Press the down arrow on the right
3. Use the trash can to delete it.
