How do I get TurboTax online version to acknowledge relief for underpayment penalty for estimated taxes granted by IRS for Hurricane Helene (NC)?

TurboTax calculated an underpayment penalty on estimated taxes but as a NC resident I was to receive relief from the april and june quarterly payments as long as I paid by the postponed deadline of September 25, 2025

Go through the Underpayment Penalties interview in the Other Tax Situations in the federal interview.    You can also search for penalty and use the 'Jump to penalty' link.  

At the end of the interview, you are asked about waiver situations.   You can answer Yes due to disaster reasons.    You can answer No to all of the other questions before the waiver screen appears.
