In My Info you can indicate that you (or your spouse) were legally blind. That adds an extra amount to your standard deduction, which you will see on line 12 of your Form 1040.
Your standard deduction lowers your taxable income. It is not a refund. You will see your standard or itemized deduction amount on line 12 of your 2022 Form 1040.

MARRIED FILING JOINTLY $25,900 (65 or older + $1400 per spouse)

When you are entering your Personal Info (My Info) into TurboTax, there is a question that asks if you are legally blind. If you answer Yes to this question, then you will receive an additional amount included with your standard deduction as stated by xmasbaby0 above.
Revisit the My Info section on the left panel of the TurboTax Online screen and go through the page where your name is entered to find the question about being legally blind.
Or, go to the Personal Info > You and Your Family section of the CD/downloaded version of TurboTax and then Edit the information beside your name to find the question about being legally blind.
