How do I get the fee off of my total bill?

I do not want to pay for state income tax return since I have to file anyways. so how do I get this off of my total bill?

Delete the tax returns as follows:

In TurboTax Online: 

• Down the left side the screen, click on State.
• In the center of the screen, click on Your State Returns
• Under Status of your state returns, are you able to see the state tax returns? 
• You should be able to click Edit to enter the state tax return, or
• Click Delete to delete the state tax return.

In TurboTax Desktop:

• With your return open in TurboTax, switch to Forms mode by clicking the Forms icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
• From the File menu in the upper left corner, choose Remove State Return. (This won't delete your state program, just the state tax return.)
• Select the return you want to delete and click Remove. Answer Yes to confirm.
