How do I get my money back for TurboTax Deluxe? I clicked on it, and the page only refreshed to the payment screen for TurboTax Deluxe. There’s no way out of it to file.

Payment is not required until you either e-file or print your return.  Have you already filed?

You can downgrade back to the Free Edition if you haven't made payment yet or registered your Free product.  Using the "Clear and Start Over" feature will downgrade your product.  Just keep in mind that all of your data entry will be deleted.  Here's a TurboTax FAQ with instructions.

HOWEVER, you probably are required to use the paid Deluxe edition in order to properly file your return this year.  Many users who have been able to file using the Free Edition in the past are now requiring a paid edition to file.  See the info below for more explanation.

If I have to do that much navigation to page back... out of a payment screen... after I did all the work to file... after being told this was free multiple times... TurboTax smells like a scam. Thanks Kat but this ain’t right to people

@TurboSuxxxxxx  The "free" bit is a marketing device.  Everyone can "Start for Free", and some can actually file for free.  I will say, however, that most users probably require a paid product.  I'm not a TT employee; I'm a user just like you.
