How do I get my cryptocurrency accounting product listed in the "Let's get your cryptocurrency info" screen?

I get the following error when I apply:

I have tried logging in with my TurboTax account, logging out etc. I am unable to make an application to become a partner.

Log out of the program, clear cache and cookies and shut down your computer. Re-enter the program. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

Hello, I have tried the above to no avail. I've even asked my co-founder to apply and there is still a problem.

It sounds like you want to upload your reconciled cryptocurrency transactions through your current accounting software, but your product is not one of the approved TurboTax partners. If this is the case, then you can enter up to 50 transactions manually. If you have more than 50 transactions, then you will need to use a transaction aggregator that is supported by TurboTax.

One option is to take advantage of the extended IRS filing deadline of 07/15/2020, and you can ask your accounting product to apply to partner with TurboTax in the meantime.

I contacted a manager in Business Development and Partnerships section.  Here's his response:

---Below are the steps after he clicks on the link you provided.

• He should click Start Now

• Then he’ll be directed to send an email to IDE support at the below email address
  • The email should include his company name, number of employees, and if his company wants to host the tax data or if they prefer that Intuit hosts the data
  • The IDE support team will forward his information to me and I’ll follow up with him
