How do I get my 2017 Copy of my software?

How do I get a copy of my 2017 Software that I purchased online? I went to my account and went to my downloads and when I click on the 2017 version I downloaded I get an error. I need to get 2017 iNfo for IRS immediately.... I have already visited the other links on desktop download and such and none of those links work for 2017 software. I have the Turbo Tax advantage Subscription so I should get the software as long as that is active.
