How do I get a statement of my balance owed?

I'm on a payment plan and I want to receive an updated statement.

Unfortunately Turbo Tax is not able to get this information for you. However, if you are on a payment plan with the IRS you can get one from them: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/payment-plans-installment-agreements

If you are on an installment plan with your state, you will need to contact your states department of revenue.
