How do i get a refund of my efile payment because it was rejected?

There is no e-filing fee in TurboTax Online for either federal or state returns. Any fee you paid would be for the tax preparation program, and those fees still apply even if you print and mail a return.

A rejected return can be "fixed" and re-submitted to the IRS. See the info in the TurboTax FAQ below.
