How do I get a refund from Turbotax? (Can't efile or print after payment)

I can't Efile or Print my Federal or State.

I would like a refund. I paid for...

- Turbotax Online Self Employed Tax Year 2021 Prep $105.56

- Turbotax Online State Tax Year 2021 Prep Se $49

Who do I talk to? Another "specialist"?

HISTORY

- Talked with multiple specialists trying to figure out problem. That didn't work.

- Tried the Desktop version (as told by your specialist) that didn't work.

- Was told that it was my computer. Tried different computer, mobile tablet, phone, etc ... ALL DIDN'T WORK

- Turned off Virus, Firewall, cleared Cookies, and tried multiple browsers. NONE WORKED

- No, I don't have a VPN

Please just refund my money. Who can I talk to?

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

What happens?

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with a refund of the TurboTax account fees.  Use the key words Billing Issue
