You are posting from online Self-Employed ---which is not free. Somehow you upgraded to a paid version. If you used it and filed a tax return, you are unlikely to get a refund, but you can have that discussion with customer support.

Looks like you used the Self Employed version which is $120 and a separate $50 for state. And another Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge to have the fees deducted from your refund. Only the Free Edition is free. Or there was another Free File website we could have told you about.
To qualify for the Free File website you just need to meet one of these 3 things.
AGI $36,000 or less.
Active duty military with AGI of $69,000 or less
OR qualify for EIC (earned income credit.)
In order to use the Free File program, you have to start it at a special website.
