The 5-digit signature PIN (aka "self-select PIN") can be any 5 digits of your choice, except cannot be all zeros. The screen will say that. It's on a screen with today's date and your birth date. A filer can even use a different one every year, if desired.
It's probably the 2024 AGI causing an issue. If you are sure it was the correct AGI from your original return, then try using a 2024 AGI of 0. It can't hurt to try. Sometimes, the 2024 AGI didn't make it into the IRS efile database in time, especially if someone filed late in the year.
Otherwise, please post the exact rejection error code and message.
"IND-183-01 - The Spouse did not enter a valid Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IP PIN). Please visit www.irs.gov/getanippin for further information and resubmit your return with the correct number."
I only saw a place to enter the 5-digit PIN, not the 6-digit IP PIN my wife got from the IRS site.
To enter, edit or delete a 6 digit IP PIN

Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info
On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button
