How do I get a lost connection fixed

Each time I try to start filing my taxes, I get a few steps in and then it says the connection was lost. That sometimes the connection between my browser and their server is dropped as it traverses the internet. I have cleared all caches and cookies, tried 3 different browsers, as well as the app on my phone and I keep getting the same error. It has happened on two separate wifi networks and while only using my cellphone data. I thought maybe their servers are down but it has been almost two full days.
