TurboTax E-filed my taxes and now claims that I haven't yet 2025 desktop Premier version downloaded from amazon. How do I fix?

If you don't think your taxes have been filed, I suggest you go back through the filing process. 

• Be sure that your original copy wasn't rejected.
• If it was rejected, correct the issue.
• If you've already paid, we will not charge you again.
• If your returns have been filed, the IRS will reject the new copy.

did you check your email to see if our return was accepted? You would also get an email if rejected.

For the Desktop program you have to check the filing status inside the program.  Open your return and go up to the top black menu bar first item

File > Electronic Filing > Check Electronic Filing Status
