How do I fix my rejected return? (issue with form 1116) It says my return cannot be filed at this time due to processing error that will be fixed 2/27. Today is 2/28.

I did not have any Foreign Tax Credit, so I don't think I need this form at all to be included in my return. It is automatically generating it--and I cannot delete it.

To clarify, did you report a 1099 DIV or 1099 INT with an amount in Box 6 in the 1099 INT or Box 7 in the 1099 DIV?

No I did not report any amount in Box 6 or & of my 1099.

Also, I deleted the 1099-INT and reentered it just to be sure and it still didn't solve the problem. I also tried to delete the form from the Tax Forms page, but everytime. I downloaded the return, it was still there.
