How do I fix my rejected return and add form 8962 to complete my return?

If I paid 0 a month for health insurance BC I had a premium subsidy for health insurance I still fill out form 8962 for my return right?

TurboTax will automatically generate Form 8962 when you enter the information from your Form 1095-A.

 If you have not received your Form 1095-A, you should contact the Marketplace from which you received coverage. 

To enter Form 1095-A  in TurboTax follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account if it is not open
2. In the search box enter 1095-A.
3.  the results box click on Jump to Form 1095-A.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your 1095-A.

After you have added your 1095-A efile your tax return.

dependent lived with me for 8 months, acquired insurance after moving to another state.  Rejected Federal Taxes due to Form 8962.  How do I correct my taxes since I already e-filed?

If you e-filed and the filing was rejected by the IRS, you have an opportunity to fix the error and resubmit your taxes for e-filing.  Did you receive a 1095-A form from the Healthcare marketplace and did you report it on your return?
