@s-vogel11766 Not really sure what you are trying to ask about.  Your question could mean a number of things.

Are you asking whether you owe back taxes, etc. that could cause your refund to be seized?

Or... are you asking whether you owe tax due for the tax return you are preparing for 2019?  When all of your information  has been entered:

HOW MUCH IS MY REFUND?  DO I OWE?

No one else can see your screen, your tax return or your account. But YOU can see it.

What does it say on the "refund monitor" on the screen?

Look at your Form 1040.  What do you see on line 20?  Line 23?

Line 20 shows a refund--money you will get back

Line 23 shows money you owe and must PAY to the IRS by April 15, 2020

What does the TurboTax summary show you?  What does it say in Tax Home?

What are your fees?  Are you having them deducted from your federal refund?  If so, then do some math.
