How do I find my bank to report the income I have made from interest from my savings account?

My specific bank does not show up when I type in the name (Capitol One NA). I only see the option of Capitol One Investing, which is not where I have an account.

When you get to that screen, just scroll to the bottom and mark ''I'll type it in myself''.   On the next page, type Capital One NA in the Received From box and enter the amount.  You are done.  It is much easier than trying to import the form.
