TO FIND A 1095-A with healthcare.gov

How to find your 1095-A online

Log in to your account.
Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2025 application — not your 2026 application.
Select “Tax Forms."
Download all 1095-As.

Get screen-by-screen directions, with pictures (PDF, 504 KB).

If you have health insurance from the New York marketplace, they should provide you with the Form 1095-A.

To enter the information in TurboTax, you can log into your account at healthcare.gov as suggested by @xmasbaby0, or log in directly at the New York marketplace website. You can also call them or start a live chat.
